We've provided this glossary of common terminology for reference as you learn about and interact with the Challenger Hub from an administrative perspective. This resource is designed to give you a clear understanding of key terms during discussions with your CS team.
Admin View: The backend of the Challenger Hub.
Dual Role: This feature allows a user to be both a Manager and Learner without having to use separate email addresses (You may also see this listed as Hub Admin).
Hub Admin: Users who can manage Learners, view reports, the course catalog, and sublicense structure (You may also see this listed as dual role).
Learner: Anyone who is has a Hub profile. This is interchangable with the term "User".
Learner View: The front end of the Challenger Hub where all eLearning content is accessible for all Learners enrolled.
SCORM: The type of file our eLearning content can be exported as, so you can embed into your Learning Management System (LMS).
SCORM Connect: The act of embedding Hub exported eLearning content into an LMS.
Single-Sign-On (SSO): A user authentication process that allows individuals to access multiple applications or systems with a single set of login credentials.
User: Anyone who is has a Hub profile. This is interchangable with the term "Learner".
