This guide will show you how to deactivate and reactivate a Learner in the Hub. Deactivating a Learner immediately revokes to their access to the Hub while preserving their course progress and data. You are also able to view deactivated learners.

You can reactivate the Learner at any time to restore their access to course content. 

How to Deactivate Learners

1. Navigate to hub.challengerinc.com.

2. Then head over to the sidebar on the left and click "Users".

3. Once you are in the Users section, you see two options. To access a specific User you will need to click "Learners."

4. To search for a specific User, click the "Search for Learners" field. Then type in the name of the User you wish to either disable or enable.

5. Click on the name of the desired User to go into their profile. 

6. In order to disable the User, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page in their User profile and click "Disable this User". 

7. Once you have enabled or disabled a user, click on "Save".

How to Reactivate Learner

8. Enabling a User is as simple as disabling a User. To enable a User, you can follow the same steps above #1 through #5 and move on to step #9 below. 

9. Once you are in the desired User profile, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page in their User profile. On the left, you'll see a button that says "Enable this User". Click on that and the User profile will be enabled. 

10. Once you have enabled or disabled a user, click on "Save".

How to View Deactivated Learners

1. Navigate to hub.challengerinc.com.

2. Then head over to the sidebar on the left and click "Users".

3. Click "Learners" under Users.

4. Once in the Learner catalog, you will be able to view disabled users by clicking "View Disabled" in the bottom right corner.
