The Challenger Hub is our eLearning platform containing training and reinforcement activities to give your organization the resources needed to understand and apply Challenger’s methodology.

Challenger offers four (4) methods for accessing our eLearning content:
Registration Links
Registration Links are simple, user-friendly credentials that allow learners to create new accounts in the Hub and grants them access to the correct learning content based on their role. We provide 3 standard registration links, each tailored to a specific learner type: Seller, Manager, and Marketer.
Each registration link follows pre-defined rules (configured by Challenger), so as learners self-enroll, they are automatically assigned the relevant learning content.
Unlike a bulk upload process—which requires learner details in a specific format and needs to be executed on a set date—registration links can be configured in advance without needing learner information or a specific launch date. This provides your organization with greater flexibility and control over how and when the sign-up process is communicated to learners.
Who Should Be Involved: No specific involvement is required beyond the end user who will be accessing the content.

Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a user authentication process that allows individuals to access multiple applications or systems with a single set of login credentials. This means that once a learner logs in with their username and password, they can access various services without needing to log in again for each one. SSO simplifies the login experience, enhances security, and improves efficiency by reducing the number of passwords learners must manage.
Who Should Be Involved: IT contact to ensure that your organization’s authentication system is properly configured to work with Challenger.

SCORM Connect
SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is a set of technical standards developed for eLearning software products. It ensures that online learning content, in this case - content from our Challenger Hub - and Learning Management Systems (LMS) can work together seamlessly, regardless of the platform or system. SCORM allows content to be created once and reused across various systems and platforms, promoting interoperability. It ensures compliance with SCORM standards, facilitating reliable data exchange between content and the LMS. Note: Your LMS must support SCORM files.
SCORM consists of three main components: content packaging, which defines the structure; run-time, which manages communication between content and the LMS; and sequencing, which controls the order of content delivery.
SCORM Connect offers several key features. It provides interoperability, allowing SCORM content to work across various LMS platforms. Additionally, it includes tracking and reporting features that enable detailed monitoring of learner progress. The tool also supports reusability, meaning content can be updated or repurposed without requiring reconfiguration. Understanding SCORM and SCORM Connect helps optimize the effectiveness of eLearning programs.
Who Should Be Involved: LMS admin to implement and manage SCORM connect within your organization's platform; any individual who is typically involved in learning and development.
