What are Hub Registration Links?
Registration Links are simple, user-friendly credentials that allow learners to create new accounts in the Hub and assign them to the correct panorama sub-license.
Each registration link follows pre-defined rules (configured by Challenger), so as learners self-enroll, they are automatically added to a specific panorama sub-license and assigned the relevant learning content. We provide 3 standard registration links, each tailored to a specific learner type: Seller, Manager, and Marketer.
Unlike a bulk upload process—which requires learner details in a specific format and needs to be executed on a set date—registration links can be configured in advance without needing learner information or a specific launch date. This provides your organization with greater flexibility and control over how and when the sign-up process is communicated to learners.
How to Register with Hub Registration Links
1. Link Structure: Each registration link is a unique URL shared with learners.
Example format: https://hub.challengerinc.com/redeem/[uniquerandomstring]When learners click the link, they will be directed to a registration page where they can input their personal information (name, email, password) to create their Hub account.
2. Distribution of Links:
The sales team should be provided with the registration links along with specific guidance on selecting the correct learner type: Seller, Manager, or Marketer.
Ensuring the correct learner type is crucial, as content is tailored to each audience type.
3. Support from Challenger Implementation:
Your Challenger Implementation will configure the appropriate registration links. These links can then be distributed at your discretion, based on the needs and timing of your learner population. If you have a Challenger facilitator-led workshop coming up soon, it’s a good idea to prioritize your team registering on the Hub, so there is ample time for eLearning before the formal training.
4. Email Invitation:
The email to invite users to register will come from donotreply@challengerinc.com and could end up in the spam folder.
