Before You Start, Ensure You Have:
- Admin access to your LMS environment.
- Admin & Export permissions on the Challenger Hub, configured by the Challenger team.
- Content support from the Challenger team to understand how to build out learning paths.
Where to Begin:
1. Log in to your Challenger Hub administrator account and select the Courses tab from the left menu.
2. Find the content you wish to export by searching for the content in the search bar at the top of the content catalog page.
Note: You can utilize the filter function to narrow your content search.
- Type: The type of content you would like to filter for
- Tag: Filter for content based on roles
3. Select Export SCORM
In the SCORM Connect Window:
4. Select the Main sublicense and choose the appropriate SCORM package format for download.
5. A .zip file will begin downloading. Once the download is complete, upload the file into your LMS environment.
Tips for Success:
- The Hub supports exporting SCORM 2004 and SCORM 1.2 files. SCORM 2004 is recommended where possible, but verify your LMS platform standards before exporting.
- Test one file in your LMS before exporting and uploading multiple files.
- Reference the full list of Hub learning content and recommendations provided by your Challenger team.
- Encountering an error due to your account being registered as a Client Admin? Create a test account in your LMS to test the content. If the issue persists, contact hub@challengerinc.com.
