Within your Management Admin view on the Hub, we provide six standard reports displayed as a “Look”. Each report is designed to provide specific insights tailored to managing and understanding learner engagement and learning effectiveness within your organization. Learn how to access the reports here.
Types of standard reports in this article:
- Learner Report
- Monthly Active Users Report
- Course Progress Report
- Learning Path Progress Report
- Workbook Responses Report
- Assessment Scores Report
To access these reports, follow the steps below:
1. Switch to Management View
2. Click "Create" under Reporting in the left side menu
3. Navigate to "Look"
4. Now you will be able to review the six Challenger Standard reports
How to Export
1. Click on the Look you wish to export. Then click on the gear icon at the top right of the report
2. Click "Download"
3. Select
- Format you would like to download the report in
- Number of rows and columns to include (our recommendation is "All Results")
Types of Standard Reports
User Report
Challenger Standard - Users: Know exactly who has access to your organization’s Hub instance. Get a full list of every name and email address plus the total number of learners to date! See the image provided for a visual reference.
Data provided in this report:
A: Last name: Learner's last name
B: First name: Learner's first name
C: Learner's email address: Learner's email address
Filters available in this report:
D. Learner Details Account Disabled: Set to "No" to filter out disabled accounts
E. Learner Details Email: Filtered to remove any learner with a Challenger email from the report
F. Learner Details Role Type: Role Type filters for the types of profile. There are two profile types. "Learner" = a user that has access to content via the learner dashboard and "Manager" (different from a learner associated with a manager sublicense) = user who has access to the learner dashboard and the admin dashboard also known as a Dual Role profile
G. License Details Name: This filter will allow you to select sublicenses to filter through the data of different groups of learners
Monthly Active User Report
Challenger Standard - Monthly active users: Monitor site utilization and identify learning trends to see where your organization is thriving—and where they can use more support.
Data provided in this report:
A. Last Name: Learner's last name
B. First Name: Learner's first name
C. Email: Learner's email
D. Joined Date: When the learner joined the platform
E. Timestamp Date: The most recent date the learner viewed a piece of content
Filters available in this report:
F. Learner Details Account Disabled?: Set to "No" to filter out disabled accounts
G. Learner Details Email: Filtered to remove any learners with a Challenger email from the report

Course Progress Report
Challenger Standard - Course Progress: Measure learning outcomes and identify at-risk or stuck learners and concepts as they progress through Challenger content.
Data provided in this report:
A. Email: Learner's email address
B. Content Title: Title of the content the learner interacted with
C. Content Type: Type of content learner interacted with (Examples include webinar, skillset, course, deal drill, Job aid, Guide) Note: Learning Paths are not included
D. % Complete: Percentage the learner has progressed in a course
E. ID: The unique content/course ID
F. Name: Sublicense the learner is assigned to

G. Learner Content Details Content Title: Title of the content learner interacted with
H. Learner Content Details Content Type: Type of content learner interacted with (Examples include webinar, skillset, course, deal drill, Job aid, Guide) Note: Learning Paths are not included
I. Learner Content Progress % Complete: Set to "is not null" in order to only pull learners that have progressed in a course
J. Learner Details Email: Filtered to remove any learners with a Challenger email from the report
K. Learner Details Role Type: Role Type filters for the types of profile. There are two profile types. "Learner" = a user that has access to content via the learner dashboard and "Manager" (different from a user associated with a manager sublicense) = user who has access to the learner dashboard and the admin dashboard also known as a Dual Role profile
Learning Path Progress Report
Challenger Standard - Learning Path Progress: Track the progress of your learners to see their percent completion in any learning path they’ve ever interacted with—without the need for additional data manipulation. Please note this report refreshes once every 24 hours.
Data provided in this report:
A. Email: Learner's email address
B. Name: Learner's name
C. LP Name: Learning Path name
D. LP Course Complete: Number of courses within the learning path that the learner completed
E. LP Courses: Total number of courses
F. LP Courses Complete %: Percentage of courses within the learning path that the learner completed
G. Last Action Time: Timestamp when the action occurred
Filters available in this report:
H. Learner Details Email: Can be used to filter for specific learners

Workbook Responses Report
Challenger Standard - Workbook responses: Understand how sellers and managers comprehend then apply Challenger concepts by viewing their workbook responses.
Data provided in this report:
A. Email: Learner's email address
B. Content Title: Title of the workbook
C. Title: Title of the page the assessment is taken on
D. Topic Type: What type of assessment? (i.e. Workbook)
E. Question: Question the learner responded to
F. Answer: The learner's response to the question in the assessment
G. Created at Date: When the assessment was completed
Filters available in this report:
H. Assessment Responses Answer: Set to "is not null" to filter out questions that were not responded to by the learner
I. Assessment Responses Question: This can be used to filter for a specific question that learners responded to
J. Assessments Created At Date: Filtered for assessments taken in the last 15 days. This range can be adjusted.
K. Assessments topic type: Set to only display workbooks
L. Learner Details Email: Filtered to remove any learners with a Challenger email from the report
Assessment Scores Report
Challenger Standard - Assessments scores: Showcase knowledge development and upskilling related to seller and manager time spent in the Hub as assessment scores increase and their impact on key business outcomes.
Data provided in this report:
A. Email: Learner's email address
B. Content Title: Title of the assessment
C. Title: Title of the page the assessment is taken on
D. Topic Type: What type of assessment? (i.e. Quiz)
E. Created at Date: Date of when the Assessment was taken
Filters available in this report:
F. Assessments Created At Date: Filtered for assessments taken in the last 15 days. This range can be adjusted.
G. Assessments Topic Type: Set to only display quizzes
H. Content Details Content Title: Can be filtered to only display certain assessments based on the title
I. Learner Details Email: Filtered to remove any learners with a Challenger email from the report
J. Topics (pages) Title: Can be filtered to only display certain pages that have an assessment
