Q: Why do I need to add Learners to groups?
A: Adding learners to groups allows learners to be placed into the right role when logging in which will determine the content they are able to access.
Q: What settings need to be set up for a successful integration (i.e. attributes, groups etc)
A: For a successful integration, we will need the following claims set up:
- ClientId (Custom claim that needs to be added)
- Groups
- EmailAddress
- Givenname
- Surname
- Groups for each role (i.e. sellers, marketers, managers)
