You may encounter different errors while using SCORM Connect to access our Hub eLearning content. Below are four most common errors reported to us, along with solutions.

1. Local Host Error
Error: Localhost error pops up when trying to load SCORM file.
Solution: This error indicates that the file cannot be run on the device or for the particular learner. This can be related to a change in their security or firewall settings or the learner's browser. Check with your IT/security team to see if they've made any changes to your network settings.
2. Plug-in Error
Error: Error received when trying to upload a SCORM file with a plug-in.
Solution: Our SCORM connect files are not able to be uploaded via a plug-in.
3. Content No Longer Accessible Error
Error: When a learner launches the SCORM file they receive the error "An embedded page at hub.challengerinc.com says: An error occurred to launch: This content is no longer accessible, please contact your manager."
Solution: This error can mean the user's account is disabled within the Challenger Hub or the SCORM files were not downloaded under the "Main" sublicense. You will need to redownload and upload files from the "Main" sublicense.
4. SCORM Connect is Limited to Student Users Error
Error: When a learner launches the SCORM file they receive the error "An embedded page at hub.challengerinc.com says: An error occurred trying to launch: SCORM Connect is limited to student users."
Solution: These errors can happen to users who are admins in the Challenger Hub. Users with this error will need to create a test account in their LMS in order to test the files.
